Many technicians excel in skills. But only a few shine character and confidence. We aspire for i-CTI students to be among those few. To ensure students have the right work values and maximize their career growth, we have formulated this exclusive i-3CARE programme.

Comply, Cooperate, Contribute, and Initiate – i-3CARE.

Teachers will audit students’ attitude in class for each subject. We have a final rating for each criterion. Upon graduation, a brief i-3C report will be generated by the college in regards to students’ attitude in these 4 areas. And the report will be given to industry representative during job placement. Since the i-3C report will play a crucial role in job placement, students will naturally start paying attention to the ethics and values that will set them apart in the future.
